Late Yayoi period, approximately AD 100–300

The jar features a wide globular body transitioning to a constricted neck and broad flared rim. Deeply incised zigzag patterns and horizontal bands of oblique lines encircle the body. A ring of applied circular bosses marks the neck-body transition.
