2457
Designed and constructed between 1905 and 1908 CE (under the architectural direction of Lluís Domènech i Montaner). Period: Modernisme / Catalan Art Nouveau (Early 20th Century).
This image captures an architectural fragment of slender cylindrical columns completely wrapped in polychrome ceramic tile mosaics. It is crafted from structural core materials clad in glazed ceramic shards, glass fragments, and manufactured tiles (trencadís technique and regular tesserae placement), executed through direct mortar bedding, tile-cutting, and custom ceramic assembly.
